Loan Officer — Veridian Mortgage

Santa Clara, CA · Commission-based

At Veridian Mortgage, we believe the right environment makes all the difference. Whether you’re just getting your start or you’re a seasoned LO looking for a place to actually focus on originating, we built this team for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Originate residential mortgage loans through referral partners, past clients, and your own network
  • Guide borrowers from application through closing with the support of our in-house team
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and other referral sources
  • Collaborate with our pre-approval specialist and loan assistants to deliver a smooth client experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Active NMLS license (or actively working toward licensure)
  • A self-motivated, relationship-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to doing right by clients
  • Experience welcome but not required — we’ll invest in the right person

Compensation:

Commission-based. Your earning potential is directly tied to your effort and book of business — and we give you the tools and team to make the most of it.
